Bailey Morin
CSA and Market Coordinator
she/her
Bailey believes that food is a powerful tool that connects us to the land, to each other, and to our shared interest in keeping the planet healthy for future generations. She holds a Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture and a BSc. in Food, Nutrition, and Health from UBC and has over 11 years of customer service experience in the food industry. Through her travels, work, and education, Bailey has witnessed inequities, misinformation, and sizable gaps in access to fresh food in Canada and globally. She knows that food sovereignty and food security are not passive pursuits, but require bipartisan cooperation and solidarity across generations, cultures, and classes.
At The Sharing Farm, she strives to meaningfully contribute to the health and resilience of our food systems in Richmond. As CSA and Market Coordinator, Bailey encourages both passers-by and customers to get to know their farmers, where their food comes from, and empowers them to cook with food that is fresh and in season.
When she’s not on the farm, you can find her cooking, traveling, and rock climbing!
