Come out for guided tours of The Sharing Farm and learn about how we grow organic produce year-round in Richmond. On Saturday come out to Terra Nova Rural Park for

  • Educational Tours 
    Our expert staff will lead educational tours of your vibrant and abundant year-round community farm
  • A  Row of Golden Sunflower Wishes
    Help us plant hundreds of sunflower seeds, each one planted with your special  “Golden Wish” and watch the sunflowers grow and bloom all summer long along.
  • Tai Chi demonstration and group participation. Anthony Lee Hem will lead a short presentation on the fundamentals of Tai Chi “Y Tai Chi” and its benefits for the young at heart. This is a great opportunity to try Tai Chi
  • Sweet Peas
    Our thank you for an afternoon of sharing with us.  Plant your own sweet pea seeds to take home for a fragrant summer.

On Sunday, see how we’re transforming our fruit orchard thriving at sea-level into a permaculture forest (13776 Gilbert Road).


For over a decade, the Sharing Farm Society has been growing healthy organic produce year-round for Richmond families in need, donating well over 200,000 pounds to the Richmond Food Bank. Each year, over 1,000 people volunteer at this 3.5-acre farm located in Terra Nova Park. Learn about high-volume organic farming practices. Guided Tours (on-going).”
