This month’s potluck will also be Judy’s Retirement Dinner. Even if you don’t know Judy, everyone is invited. We will introduce you to our great friend.
Come share food with fellow Friends of The Sharing Farm at our monthly community potlucks. We’ll gather and dine at the farm’s healing garden. Our cob oven will be roaring. Bring your favourite dish and drink.
The potlucks are on the last Thursday of the month.
**Please bring your own plate, cutlery, and serving utensils as we don’t have enough for all. Cancelled on rainy days.
Even if you’ve never been to The Sharing Farm, you are welcome to the potluck.
What Is A Potluck?
Potlucks are a relaxed way of sharing food and company with others. Each person brings a prepared dish of food to share with the group. Plan on a dish having around 6+ good sized servings. There will be more people but often everyone tries a little of everything.
The dishes don’t have to be fancy or even prepared by you. Fresh chopped fruit, humus and fresh vegetables, your cherished desert recipe, or your favourite comfort food will all be equally devoured.
How Do I Get There
The potluck is at our Healing Garden located at 2771 Westminster Highway. Look for The Sharing Farm sign next to our driveway. Google Maps lists 2771 Westminster about a block to the West of our location. If our parking is full, you can park across the street in Terra Nova Park’s lot.
