Artist Blake Williams will be creating 2 – 5’ x 6’ assemblages to be installed on the north wall of Mary’s Barn. They will be constructed from found materials in celebration of Richmond’s rich agricultural heritage resulting in a woven “fabric” of rusted steel, nails, tools and farm implements.
Blake’s intention is to unveil these pieces at the our annual Garlic Festival – Sunday Aug 21, 2016.
Please contribute to the artwork. Blake is looking for pieces that are representative of Richmond’s farming history. He is looking to source, tools, farming implements etc.
