Greeting Fellow Fruitopians,

Many thanks to the volunteers who came out and gave of their time on what turned out to be a rather challenging tree last Sunday.  It was not typical of our usual Apple picks, however we gave it a good going anyway.

Our pick this Thursday will be considerably less difficult.  It’s a nice Apple tree we’ve done in earlier years.  It’s as follows:

Apple Pick this Thursday Sept 1st, at 6:30pm
3660 Regent Street (2nd Avenue and Regent Street in the Village of Steveston).
    Tree is in the backyard.

So why not get a jump on some Good Karma for this long weekend, and come help out for an hour.

Also, I’m trying out something new, (to me anyway,) to shorten the length of the link to the Google Map to where the pick is, so please let me know if you have a problem with it.  (Thanks.)

If you think you can come and help out, please drop me a quick e-mail.  Likewise, if anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me.

Thank again for all of your help, and hope to see you soon!

Warm Regards
