Kale Chips

Rough Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to about 375*
  • Use about 1 bunch of kale (which was a stuffed grocery store veggie bag). Tear the leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces. Spread out on cookie sheets.
  • Drizzle with about 2 tsp of olive oil
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, Asiago or nutrtional yeast
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy when moved in pan.

if you want to make a cheezy rendition….use this as a topping and then bake…..

Cheezee Kale Chips

1 Bunches of Kale
1/2 Cups of Cashews
2 Cups of Red Bell Pepper
1/8-1/4 Cups of Lemon Juice (you can also add as much lemon juice the mixture until it tastes like a cheese)
1-2 TBS of Nutritional Yeast or parmesan
pinch of salt
